The "videos of people at Palin rallies shouting 'Kill him!'"? Perhaps you can direct me to some of those videos? I went looking for one myself and the most I could find was a Huffington Post headline that shouted:

"Obama hatred at McCain-Palin rallies: 'Terrorist!' 'Kill him!' (VIDEO)"

The promised video was nowhere to be seen--in the section discussing Dana Millbank, there was only text and a link led only to a small article about how the Secret Service found nothing to back him that it had even happened. Interestingly, I did stumble upon this quote about Millbank in same HP from, I think, July:

"Milbank would rather fill his readers' heads with misleading pastry where commonplace activities take on some sort of diabolical dimension." There's plenty more about how in love with Millbank the HP is at:

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2008/07/30/iwashington-posti-fans-ou_n_115861.html

Of course it should be understood that it's "pastry" only when it is unflattering to the messiah. But funny how HP can sometimes speak words of truth.

I would condemn any "kill him" statements as much or more than you do, and since you claim there are videos, I'd like to see them.

The part on "He's an Arab!" being an example of violence is so lame that this is the extent to which I will discuss it, at least at this moment.

Last but not least: Nice try switching subjects, but the topic is about violence coming from the left and I'd prefer to read your words backing up how violent the right supporters have been. There's no argument some supporters of the right have said dumb things, but it is nowhere near to creating the atmosphere of concern, worry and fear done by those on the left.

And, in case you haven't notised, people lying about what goes on at rallies *is* politics. Did you miss the photos of the McCain supporter's wounds inflicted by an Obama supporter who beat her over the face?

well, in truth both sides have been pretty violent, but I was pointing out the videos of people in Palin rallies shouting "kill him" and "he's an arab."

But I also think that this isn't exactly the argument we should be having -- how about we talk a bit on politics instead of pointing fingers?

non-partisan comment.

Folks plain and simple you can't go around beating on people period cause of their choice of supporting a candidate(s)
That goes for the Obama/Biden supporters and the McCain/Palin supporters.

We have media agencies going on reporting about these actions and thus heightening the already tense times in our nation. I believe these media agencies should act with tact and good taste and have responsible reporting.

Not adhering to these points is yellow journalism and thus helping to incite a riot. This is unwarranted and uncalled for. These reporters must be held accountable and fined.
